All students at Grow have an EHCP and therefore have special educational needs. Our school SENDCo can be contacted on sendco@growschool.co.uk.

Our school SENDCo is Charlotte O’Brien who has worked previously in local mainstream schools and prides herself on ensuring every student at Grow thrives and has positive learning experiences. 

​

All of our staff are trained and experienced in delivering lessons to students with additional needs. The SENDCo will provide an individual learning plan for all our students and together with the student, a pupil passport will also be formed. Both documents will support with the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching and targeted provision. 

​

The SENDCo will also be responsible for students with English as an additional language (EAL), and therefore any questions relating to this can be directed towards Charlotte.
